DialBridge provides browser-based international calling services that allow users to make voice calls to phone numbers worldwide. The Service operates on a prepaid credit system where users purchase credits and are charged per-minute rates based on the destination of their calls.

Our Service operates on a prepaid credit system. You must purchase credits before making calls. Credits are denominated in US Dollars (USD) and can be purchased through our website using Stripe.
Calls are charged per minute based on the destination country and network. Rates are displayed on our website and may change at any time. Current rates apply to all calls made after the rate change.
Your account balance will be deducted in real-time during calls. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest minute. Connection fees may apply to certain destinations.
Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue refunds at our discretion for unused credits if you close your account.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
Call quality depends on various factors including your internet connection, device, and the recipient's network. While we strive to provide high-quality calls, we cannot guarantee call quality and are not responsible for issues caused by factors outside our control.
IMPORTANT: DialBridge is NOT intended for emergency calls. You cannot use our Service to call emergency services (911, 112, 999, etc.). Always use traditional phone services for emergencies.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DialBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DialBridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
